Paul Decesare Named North Shore Peewee Minor Head Coach

A native of Everett MA, Paul played for the Winnisimmet Chiefs Hockey Club and collegiately for Framingham State University.  At Framingham State, Paul was a four year member of the team (1994-1998) and served as a team captain during his senior season in 1997-98.  Paul is the Reading Youth Hockey Squirt Director and has coached Reading Youth Hockey Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, Mite Developmental, Mite 1 Travel, Squirt AA1 and Squirt AAA teams.  [...]

Kevin Herbert Named North Shore Squirt Minor Head Coach

Kevin is a Massachusetts native who grew up in Everett.  He is the president of Saugus/Lynnfield Youth Hockey and coach of the Mite AAA team. He has coached LTS through Mites and Bantams. He currently holds the USA Hockey level IV coaching certification. Kevin attended and played hockey for Malden Catholic High School where the team won the Division 1A North title. Kevin, his wife, and sons (9 & 8) currently reside in Saugus.  kherbert@thenehl.com

Jay Rourke Named Greater Boston Squirt Minor Head Coach

Josh Caplan Named North Shore Squirt Major Head Coach

Josh Caplan played his high-school hockey at Belmont Hill, winning ISL and New England prep school championships, and his college hockey at Harvard, ‘85-’89, winning an NCAA National Championship his senior year. During his college career, Josh was invited to participate on two US Olympic Festivals. Ryan Furness Named Middlesex Peewee Minor Head Coach

Native of Salt Lake City, UT, Ryan left home at 16 to join the Marquette Electricians AAA Midgets in the Michigan National Hockey League. Played 3 years of Junior A in the USHL for Waterloo Blackhawks, Dubuque Fighting Saints and Sioux City Musketeers. He won the National Championship with the Dubuque Fighting Saints in 1993.
