Matt Gibbons – Head Coach
Matt Gibbons is the head coach of the North Quincy Varsity High School Hockey team. Matt also is a Mite coach in South Shore Conference for the Braintree program. Matt is past president of Quincy Youth Hockey and well known in the hockey community.
Rick Tropeano – Assistant Coach
Rick Tropeano is the assist coach of Whitman Hanson High School Varsity Hockey team. Rick also coaches on the home town level at various levels for WHK. Rick is a solid coach with great coaching skills.
Mike Crowell – Head Coach
Mike Crowell is a coach for Pembroke Youth Hockey on the mite level. His team ss a top team in the league. Mike is well known for his development of youth hockey players and an asset to our program.
Robert Flynn – Assistant Coach
Robert Flynn is an assistant coach with the Pembroke High School Varsity team. Over the years, Bob also was active with the Brewin Youth Hockey Program. Bob is also a High School baseball coach and we are thrilled to have him as our Coaching Director as well.
Joe Coulter – Head Coach
Joe Coulter moved to the South Shore from Canada in 1985. Currently, he is assistant coach with Bourne High School. Joe has been a head coach for the Dynamo teams in the past and also in the EFF at many levels. He is the developer of Goalie Crease Clinics which are offered free to South Shore Conference goalies at the beginning of each season. Joe also is General Manager of the Dynamo Elites.
Dan Mastrongiacomo – Assistant Coach
Dan Mastrogiacomo has coaches with Joe for 18 years in Selects, EHF, Varsity and a Goalie Crease instructor.
Brian Shuman – Head Coach
Brian Shuman is head coach of the Canton High School Varsity Hockey team which has achieved much success in his reign. Brian is highly regarded in the hockey community as a motivator and talented coach. Brian also is involved with the Canton Youth Hockey Program. He is highly respected in the hockey community.
Gregory Scott – Assistant Coach
Gregory Scott is an assistant coach with Silver Lake Regional High School Varsity Hockey team. He also is a head coach with the EHF Terriers and Head Coach in Pembroke Youth Hockey and Middle School teams. He previously was an assistant varsity coach (2008-11) at Xavarian Brothers High School.
Andrew is entering his first year as Player / Program Director of the New England Hockey League. He grew up in Groveland, MA before attending Tabor Academy. At 16, he moved to Quebec City to play for the Quebec Remparts in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League where he lived with, and played for, NHL Hall of Famer Patrick Roy. Andrew was a member of the 2006 Memorial Cup Championship team and played alongside current NHL stars Marc-Edouard Vlasic and Alexandre Radulov. Andrew holds several defensemen scoring records in Quebec Remparts history.
After his QMJHL career, Andrew attended several NHL and AHL camps before playing 60 games in the ECHL in the Washington Capitals and San Jose Sharks systems. Upon completion of his professional career, he returned to play Division 1 hockey in Fredericton, NB for St. Thomas University under the coaching of former NHL player Mike Eagles. Andrew had acted as the U.S. scout for the QMJHL for the past four seasons. Andrew is also entering his 2nd season as Assistant Coach of Men’s Varsity Hockey at Brooks School. He resides in Groveland, MA.
